Eastlake 17, Olympia 7

At Ingersoll Stadium in Olympia, Ryan Robertson threw first-half touchdown passes of 11 yards to Justin Helwege and 58 yards to Tanor Johnson as the 10th-ranked Wolves (9-2) advanced.

Eastlake, which opened in 1993, reached the state quarterfinals for the first time and will travel next weekend to Spokane to face top-ranked Gonzaga Prep (10-1). The Bullpups beat Moses Lake 32-26 Friday night in a first-round game. Eastlake's only other state-playoff appearance came in 2001, when the Wolves lost 33-29 to South Kitsap in the first round.

Sixth-ranked Olympia (9-2), which had won seven straight games, got a third-quarter touchdown pass to cut Eastlake's lead to 14-7, but Johnson kicked a 41-yard field goal for the final margin.
