At Eastlake 48, Garfield 0

Junior linebacker JJ Clark returned an interception 39 yards for a first-quarter touchdown, highlighting a shutout effort by the second-ranked Wolves (4-1, 4-0). It was one of three Eastlake interceptions against Garfield (0-5, 0-5), which had 139 total yards. Dane Steel carried 12 times for 98 yards and scored twice, and Taylor Lappano and Tanor Johnson also had two TDs apiece for Eastlake. Ryan Robertson, KingCo 4A's leading passer, didn't have to throw much for the Wolves. He completed 10 of 14 for 137 yards and a score.
