Wolves Sports

The Wolves Football Association (WFA), a 501(c) (3) corporation, is the official service club and support organization for the Eastlake High School football program. It funds a large portion of the annual expenses incurred by the Eastlake football program.

Thanks to each of you who have already helped WFA in one way or another. Your dedication and contributions make it possible to continually improve and enhance the football program at Eastlake High School. For those of you who are new to the program, give us a hand-- there is no doubt that we can find a way to take advantage of your talents and interests. Please be proactive and TELL US HOW YOU CAN HELP by contacting Doug Robertson, Joan Teare or any member of the WFA board of directors.

We have two different Booster levels available for the 2007 season. The Regular Booster level is for parents with a player who will be in the 10th through 12th grade during the 2006 football season. The Junior Booster level is designed for those parents with a player in the Eastlake Youth football program during the 2007 season and who do not have a player in the high school program. Finally, the Alumni Booster program is designed for ex-Wolves and parents of ex-Wolves. Please contact Rita Walsh, for more details about each program.

WFA Mission Statement
To ensure appropriate funding, parental support and community involvement so that the Eastlake High School football program has the best possible facilities, equipment and environment to enrich the football experience of our student-athletes and support and encourage their quest for excellence. WFA endeavors to:

  • Foster good sportsmanship
  • Encourage athletic fitness and development
  • Cultivate and develop strong moral character among individual athletes and team
  • Promote community involvement for the moral and financial support of the football athletic program

Organization
The Wolves Football Association is fully compliant with IRS 501(c) (3) laws and regulations. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS ARE FULLY AND COMPLETELY DEDUCTIBLE.

Purpose
WFA functions as an adjunct to Eastlake High School's football program. The basic purpose of the organization is to enhance the school's football program by:

1. Providing continuing support and guidance for our student-athletes,
2. Demanding of ourselves that we always exhibit the best examples of personal demeanor and sportsmanship.
3. Providing assistance, as requested, to the coaching staff, and
4. Providing our time, our talents and our resources for the furtherance of Eastlake High School and its academic and athletic programs.
